I’ve supported C-suite executives in space and defense, worked as a NASA contractor, and now serve as President of iHOPE Foundation, a global advocacy organization fighting against international parental abduction and helping affected families.

I hold Master’s Degrees in Islamic-Christian Studies and Banking and Corporate Law. As Managing Partner at Ayouby Law Firm, I've spent over eight years advocating for justice. I founded iHOPE after successfully returning three abducted children to their homes, and I continue to fight for IPCA awareness and legal reform in Lebanon.

As Owner of ImpEx Auto Sales in Greensboro, I apply my global business expertise to grow a trusted automotive brand. As Treasurer of iHOPE, I bring my financial skills to support the fight against international parental child abduction, ensuring fiscal responsibility and advocating for children's rights worldwide.

Ayman Hamze

I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s in Law from the Lebanese University. Starting as a translator at iHOPE, I honed my skills and rose to COO, where I oversee operations and lead advocacy efforts against International Parental Child Abduction. I also represent iHOPE on The Change for Children International Super Board, working to protect children and support affected families.

Raised in Saudi Arabia and educated at French schools, I earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Political Science from the University of Saint Joseph in Lebanon. I’ve volunteered with the Lebanese Red Cross, worked as a journalist, and now serve as a Governance Officer at iHOPE. Fluent in several languages, I advocate for women’s rights and global issues with UN Women Girl Up Lebanon and the Young Arab Feminist Coalition.

SARAH EL SIBAII

I am an Attorney at Law with a Doctorate in International Criminal Law. My extensive litigation experience has enhanced my skills and understanding. I plan to use this expertise to develop legal assessments and improve judicial systems locally and internationally. Additionally, I mentor new advocates and graduates, guiding them in systematic legal thinking to advance the general approach to legal matters.
